These three mainline stations, where trains arrive from St. Petersburg, Tallinn, Helsinki, Central Asia, Vladivostok, and Beijing, are located on Komsomolskaya Ploshchad, 15 km from the Sputnik Hotel.
By taxi
If you plan to negotiate a taxi on arrival, you should not pay more than $30 for the trip to the Sputnik Hotel. However, it may be easier to book a transfer with a driver to meet you directly off the train, which you can do here. The drive to the hotel should take half an hour.
By metro
Komsomolskaya Metro Station is connected to all three stations. Take the red line and travel south three stops to Chistye Prudy. Then, change to the orange line and go five stops to Leninsky Prospekt, which is around 10 minutes’ walk from the Sputnik Hotel.
