| The best thing about the Golden Apple is the staff. Whatever you've heard about bad service in Moscow, you won't find anything like it at the Golden Apple. From the very beginning of our stay, when they let us check in at 8am for no extra charge, to the charming taxi driver who took us to the airport, they couldn't have been more kind and helpful. Everyone we dealt with spoke perfect English, and I heard the reception staff speaking German and Spanish, too. Everything else at the Golden Apple is fine, too, but it's the quality of service that really makes the hotel stand out. |

| I stopped in Golden Apple Hotel in 2005 it was a short stay but very enjoyable, I found staff very polite and helpfull, room - clean and comfortable, bathroom very clean, food freshly made not microvaved, bar and kitchen staff very good. Can't praise enough. 5min. walk from Metro. Lots of restorants around that area. Will go back again!! |
