The Golden Apple Hotel is nearly 60km from Domodedovo International Airport in the centre of Moscow. If you are travelling by taxi or prearranged transfer, the journey will take around 90 minutes, depending on traffic. If you wish to use public transport, by far the fastest and most convenient method is to take the Aeroexpress rail link from Domodedovo to Paveletsky Station in the city centre. Trains run from 7am to 12am every hour (every half hour at peak times), and the journey takes just over 40 minutes. Which visitor attractions are located near the hotel?

There are several interesting attractions just a few minutes' walk from the Golden Apple Hotel, including the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady in Putinki, a beautiful early 17th century church with azure onion domes. It was the last church in Russia to be built with a traditional tent-roof. At the top of Ulitsa Petrovka, under ten minutes' walk from the hotel, the Verkhopetrovskiy Monastery is one of Moscow's oldest, and the only monastery in the city centre to have survived almost unaltered since the 17th century.
