| We loved Sretenskaya Hotel as well as the friendly and very helpful staff |
We (Esterhuizen family of 3) visited Sretenskaya Hotel during the period 9 to 14 October 2010. I would like to compliment you not only on a beautiful Hotel and decor but also on the Hotel Staff. All the Staff; including the ladies at the Reception desk, the ladies in the Dining Room, the guys in the Restaurant and Bar, the ladies who cleaned the room, each and everyone were friendly and helpful. We also loved the indoors garden!

I would like to convey my sincere thanks for the help Moscow Hotels had provided in the planning of this trip. I was most impressed with the Sretenskaya Hotel & as you promised was in close proximity to the sights as well as being comfortable & with very helpful & pleasant staff, I must particularly commend their driver who was such a lovely, courteous gentleman if you can please pass on our regards & thanks to him.
Your efficiency & total professionalism was very much apperciated & I would not hesitate to contact you again if further visits to Russia are planned or recommend your company to friends & family who may wish to travel to Russia. |
