We loved Sretenskaya Hotel as well as the friendly and very helpful staff

We (Esterhuizen family of 3) visited Sretenskaya Hotel during the period 9 to 14 October 2010. I would like to compliment you not only on a beautiful Hotel and decor but also on the Hotel Staff. All the Staff; including the ladies at the Reception desk, the ladies in the Dining Room, the guys in the Restaurant and Bar, the ladies who cleaned the room, each and everyone were friendly and helpful. We also loved the indoors garden! Thank you for a wonderful experience. Warm greeting from a very satisfied South African Family.
