By taxi
Official taxis from Vnukovo to the Slavyanka Hotel will cost around $60, and the drive will take 40-90 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. If you would prefer the security of a driver to meet your flight, you can book a transfer here.
By train
The Aeroexpress rail link runs from Vnukovo to Kiev Railway Station in central Moscow. Trains run every hour from 6am to 12am daily. The journey takes 30-40 minutes, and tickets cost a little over $10. There are child discounts, family tickets and first class tickets available. To continue your journey by metro, take brown circle line from Kievskaya Metro Station and travel three stops clockwise to Novoslobodskaya, which is about fifteen minutes' walk from the Slavyanka Hotel.
By bus
There are also bus services that run from the airport to Yugo Zapadnaya Metro Station in the far south-west of Moscow. Regular services (611 and 611c) operate from 5.30am to 12.50am daily at 10-15 minute intervals. The journey takes just under 25 minutes and tickets cost $3-4. There are also faster marshrutka minibuses (611b and 45) that run from 7am to 11pm. From Yugo Zapadnaya, travel north on the red line eleven stops to Chistye Prudy, then change to the pale-green line and travel two stops north to Dostoevskaya, which is around five minutes' walk from the Slavyanka Hotel.
