How do I get to the hotel from Sheremetyevo Airport?

Sheremetyevo International Airport is over 30 km north-west of the Slavyanka Hotel. While it is undoubtedly more comfortable to travel by taxi or pre-arranged transfer, the Aeroexpress rail link provides an inexpensive and efficient public transport connection to downtown Moscow.

By taxi
If you take an official taxi from Sheremetyevo to the Slavyanka Hotel, the journey will take around 45 minutes, and will cost approximately $50 for the trip. Alternatively, you can pre-book a transfer with a driver to meet your flight here.

By train
Aeroexpress trains run from Sheremetyevo Terminals D, E and F to Belarus Rail Station in central Moscow. Trains run every half hour from 5am to 12.30am daily, and the trip takes 35 minutes. Standard adult tickets cost around $11, with discounts for young children, family tickets and first class tickets also available. From Belorusskaya Metro Station, take the brown circle line and travel one stop clockwise to Novoslobodskaya Station, which is around 15 minutes' walk from the Slavyanka Hotel.

By bus
The cheapest way to reach downtown Moscow from Sheremetyevo is to take a bus to the metro. Buses run from all terminals to Rechnoy Vokzal Metro Statio. Services run at ten-minute intervals between 5.30am and 12.30am daily, and cost $1-2.50 depending on the speed of the service (30 to 60 minutes). From Rechnoy Vokzal metro station, take the dark-green line and travel six stops south to Belorusskaya Station then change to the brown circle line and go one stop clockwise to Novoslobodskaya, which is around 15 minutes' walk from the Slavyanka Hotel.
