The best method for getting from the Slavyanka Hotel to the Kremlin is to take the metro from Dostoevskaya Metro Station (around five minutes' walk from the hotel) and travel south two stops to Sretensky Bulvar. Change there to the red line and continue south three stops to Biblioteka im. Lenina, which can be exited right next to the main visitor entrance to the Kremlin in the Kutafya Tower.
