How do I get to the hotel from Sheremetyevo Airport?

President Hotel

Sheremetyevo International Airport is to the north-west of central Moscow, a little over 30km by road from the President Hotel.

By taxi
If you are travelling by taxi to the President Hotel, the ride from Sheremetyevo will take around one hour. Official taxis from the airport currently cost about $60 for the trip, or you can book a transfer with a driver to meet your plane here.

By train
Possibly the fastest way to reach the center of Moscow, especially at peak times, is to take the Aeroexpress train (from Sheremetyveo Terminals D, E and F) to Belarus Station. Trains run every 30 minutes from 5am to 12.30am daily, and the trip takes 35 minutes. Standard adult tickets cost a little over $10, with discounts for young children and families. Then, from Belorusskaya Metro Station, take the brown circle line and travel four stops anticlockwise to Oktyabrskaya, which is less than ten minutes' walk from the President Hotel.

By bus
Buses run from all terminals at Sheremetyevo to Rechnoy Vokzal Metro Station in the far north of Moscow. The 851 and 851E services run from 5.35am to 12.49am and the drive takes 30-50 minutes. The 949 shuttle minibus runs the same route from 6.45am and 9.45pm and is slightly quicker. The buses cost around $1, while the minibus costs a little over $2.

To continue your journey, travel south on the dark-green line six stops to Belorusskaya, change to the brown circle line, and head anticlockwise four stops to Oktyabrskaya, which is around 400m from the President Hotel.
