The hotel's flagship restaurant, on the 14th floor, is elegantly decorated in palatial style and offers superb views over the Moscow River. There is seating for 80. The menu has an eclectic mix of French, Italian, Russian and Asian dishes, all cooked to extremely high standards and using the finest ingredients. The restaurant also boasts an extensive wine list. The Assembly is open daily from 6pm to 12am. All major credit cards are accepted.
