How do I get to the hotel from Domodedovo Airport?

Molodyozhny Hotel

Domodedovo International Airport is located about 60 km to the south-east of central Moscow. Taxi or transfer is undoubtedly the most comfortable way to reach the hotel, but due to Moscow's heavy traffic, the Aeroexpress, followed by a metro journey with one line change, can often be just as quick (and considerably cheaper).

By taxi
The journey from Domodedovo to the Molodyozhny Hotel by car will take 70-90 minutes. Official airport taxis cost $60-80 (depending on the class of car), or you can arrange a transfer with a driver to meet your flight here.

By train
Aeroexpress trains run from Domodedovo to Pavelets Railway Station. Trains run at regular 30-minute intervals from 6am to 12am, and the journey takes 40-50 minutes. Standard adult tickets cost a little over $10, with discounted tickets for small children and families available. Then, from Paveletskaya Metro Station, travel three stops north on the dark-green line to Tverskaya Metro Station, and then change to the gray line and go five stops north. Get off at Timiryazevskaya Metro station, and it takes under ten minutes to walk to the hotel from the metro.

By bus
There are also bus services running from the airport to Domodedov Metro Station. Buses leave the airport from the stop between exits 2 and 3 of the arrivals lounge. There is the choice of either regular bus service ($3-4, from 6am to 12am daily every 15 minutes, journey time 25-30 minutes) or a minibus shuttle service ($4-5, from 6am to 12am every 15 minutes, and with less frequent service all through the night). From the metro station, take the dark-green line north from Domodedovskaya and travel ten stops to Tverskaya Metro Station (roughly a 30 minute journey) and then change to the gray line and go five stops north. Get off at the Timiryazevskaya metro station. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to the hotel from the metro station.
