Our hotel stay here was much more than I had anticipated, from the entire staff, to the management.I had made a few phone requests before coming to Moscow and when I arrived everything was exactly what I had asked for. The friendliness and accomadations we absolutely outstanding. Our requests were met with promptness and professionalism. I offer my highest regards to all the staff and management and say thank you for making us feel welcomed.
