Moskovsky Restaurant is located on the second floor of the Izmailovo Gamma Hotel above the central hall, and is used to serve the hotel's buffet breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner buffets. The cuisine is mostly traditional Russian, and this provides a reliably inexpensive option for guests to fill up on reasonable quality food.
