| AeroFlot was kind enough to give me a room for the night, because of the extra long check in line to my connecting flight was missed. Only one door was open for security screanning before the check in counter for several differant flights. Something not unusual for Moscow's SVO airports. I found this hotel very secure, then the staff very nice, understanding English and wanting to be helpful. The resturant, dinning room, then my room was very comfortiable and extreamly clean. The court yard was just as clean, and also well kept. Two thumbs up for this hotel, the staff and their landscapers. My stay, June 2007 |
