| I thought the service at the Baltschug Kempinsiki was very good. Everyone spoke English to a very reasonable standard, and all my requests were met with a smile and a quick response. The Baltschug is expensive, although not as bad as some of its rivals in Moscow. That said, the minibar and internet prices are very steep. Still, it's a real 5-star experience. I also really enjoyed the complimentary city bus tour, which the hotel gives once a week, I think. |

| Everything for my stay at the Baltschug Kempinski Hotel was great and luxury: excellent location, excellent service, excellent breakfast. The only negative was the room itself. I had a Standard Room which was big and very well equipped, but with very boring decor and not really 5-star atmosphere. I think now they will refurbish the hotel soon, and sure then it will be better. |

| In a word, amazing! From the food to the service, to the rooms to the very architecture of the building, the Baltschug Kempinski is in a class by itself. I HIGHLY recommend the hotel, and its fine staff. |

| I recently visited Moscow for my first time. I was fortunate enough to stay at the Baltschug Kempinski. Upon my arrival, the first person I met was the young man who was the doorman. With a smile on his face, and a friendly hello and welcome, he helped me get my things from the car. Once inside the hotel, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. My room was fantastic. I had a terrific time at this hotel. If I'm ever lucky enough to visit Moscow again, I definitely will stay at this hotel. |

| Beautiful hotel was everything I expected from a top of the range 5 star hotel. Great business facilities. Will make the same choice next time I head to Moscow with work. |
