Mid-range
Zhiguli (11 Ulitsa Noviy Arbat, Bldg. 1) is a Soviet-themed beer hall and restaurant serving simple Russian food and some of Moscow's best local brews.
Value
Dim-Sum (3 Smolenskaya Ploshchad), in a nearby shopping center, is a stylish bistro serving inexpensive dim sum. Bosfor (47/23 Ulitsa Arbat) is a reasonable Turkish restaurant with a summer verandah.
