How do I get to the hotel from Sheremetyevo Airport?

Sheremetyevo International Airport is situated to the north-west of central Moscow, around 30km by road from the Akvarel Hotel.

By taxi
If you take an official taxi from Sheremetyevo to the Akvarel, the journey will take 40-60, and will cost approximately $60. If you prefer, you can pre-book a transfer with a driver to meet your flight here.

By train
If you prefer to use public transport, the Aeroexpress rail link runs from the airport station at Sheremetyevo (behind Terminals D, E and F) to Belarus Rail Station in central Moscow. The service runs every half hour from 5am to 12.30am daily, and the journey takes 35 minutes. Standard adult tickets cost around $11. Then, from Belorusskaya Metro Station, take the dark-green line and travel three stops south to Teatralnaya Station, which is less than ten minutes' walk from the Akvarel Hotel.

By bus
It is also possible to take buses from all terminals at Sheremetyevo to Rechnoy Vokzal Metro Station at the northern end of the dark-green line. Buses take between 30 to 60 minutes to reach the metro, and there are services running from 5.30am to 12.30am. Tickets cost $1-2.50. From Rechnoy Vokzal, it is just over 20 minutes (nine stops) on the metro south to Teatralnaya, around 300m from the Akvarel Hotel.
