The Aeropolis is nonetheless fairly convenient for Shermetyevo Airport, which is around 20km north of the hotel along Leningradskoe Shosse. To reach the hotel by taxi or pre-booked transfer will take 20-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Alternatively, take a marshrutka minibus from outside arrivals to Rechnoi Vokzal Metro Station at the top of the dark-green line. From here it is four stops south to Aeroport Station, which is around 15 minutes' walk from the Aeropolis Hotel. |

How do I get to the hotel from Domodedovo Airport?
The Aeropolis was purpose-built next to the City Air Terminal, which used to run bus services to all Moscow's major airports. Sadly, all services have now been discontinued. However, public transport from Domodedovo to the city center is quick and convenient, thanks to the modern Aeroexpress rail link, which runs hourly (half-hourly at peak times) from 7am to 12am to Paveletsky Station, and takes just over 40 minutes to get there. From there take the metro from Paveletskaya Metro Station six stops north on the dark green line direct to Dinamo, which is just over 15 minutes walk from the Aeropolis Hotel.
If you are travelling by taxi or pre-booked transfer, the journey from Domodedovo to the Aeropolis is nearly 70km, and will take at least 90 minutes. |

The Aeropolis was purpose-built next to the City Air Terminal, which used to run bus services to all Moscow's major airports. Sadly, all services have now been discontinued. If you are travelling from Vnukovo by taxi or pre-arranged transfer, the drive to the Aeropolis is around 40km, and will take around an hour. Public transport to Vnukovo has recently been considerably improved thanks to the introduction of the Aeroexpress rail link, which runs almost hourly from 8am to 10pm to Kievsky Station. To get from there to the Aeropolis, take the brown Circle Line north from Kievskaya Metro Station, change at Belorusskaya to the green line and travel one stop north to Dinamo. The Aeropolis is about 10 minutes walk from the metro. |

Even closer to the hotel, the Petrovskiy Palace was once an Imperial lodge on the outskirts of Moscow, and is a fine example of late Moscow baroque. |
