It's probably best to get a taxi, which will take about half an hour. Another possibility is to catch one of the marshrutki, or minibus-taxis, which leave every five to 10 minutes and take 20 minutes to reach the Rechnoi Vokzal metro station. Take the metro to Mayakovskaya, from where you can reach the hotel on foot in 5 minutes.
How do I get to the hotel from Domodedovo Airport?
Again, your best option is probably a taxi, which should take just over an hour. Or there's the marshrutka option: They leave about every five minutes, and take 40 minutes to get to Domodedovskaya metro station. Take the metro to Mayakovskaya, and from there the Sheraton Palace is 5 minutes on foot.
