Completed in 1955 to designs by Dimity Chechulin, one of the Soviet Union's most famous architects, the Peking Hotel was part of the post-war redevelopment of Moscow that saw the construction of the awesome 'Seven Sisters' neo-gothic skyscrapers. The Peking Hotel boasts the same Stalinist grandeur outside, and inside offers elegant, somewhat old-fashioned accommodation in 141 rooms and suites. While services and facilities at the Peking Hotel are limited, guests do have access to all the basics, including reasonable restaurants and bars, a small gym, a Spa of sorts, a business centre with basic office facilities, and a modern conference hall for mid-size meetings and events.

The Peking Hotel is situated on Triumphalnaya Ploshchad, in the very center of Moscow and just 1km from Red Square and the Kremlin.
