The spacious Cote Azur restaurant is located on the second floor of the Novotel Moscow Centre and can seat up to 120 people, and is non-smoking. A small area in the middle of the restaurant can be used as a dance floor. The kitchen team, run by a French chef, serves French-style Mediterranean cuisine as well as a selection of other International dishes. There are also facilities for disabled guests at the restaurant.
