The Maxima Panorama will eventually become the flagship of the chain, with over 400 comfortable guest rooms fully fitted to international standards, as well as a large conference center and extensive modern fitness facilities. The first stage of the hotel development, opened in Summer 2009, comprises 123 rooms and studios, all stylishly fitted and equipped with air-conditioning and complimentary WiFi as standard. As the Panorama's building is much taller than its neighbours, many of the rooms at the hotel feature impressive views over this picturesque area of Moscow and the Moskva River. The hotel has a professional business centre (with services including laptop rental) and three modern meeting spaces. The Maxima Panorama Hotel has a lobby bar, and a full buffet breakfast is served elsewhere in the hotel.

The Maxima Panorama is located in the south of Moscow, in an attractive and leafy district close to several historic parks and only a short walk from the Moskva River. The hotel is also right next to Avtozavodskaya Metro Station, which is less than ten minutes' journey time away from Teatralnaya, for the Bolshoi Theatre, Red Square, and the Kremlin. Not only does the Maxima Panorama offer fast access to the downtown, it is also convenient for Domodedovo International Airport, whether guests are travelling by car or by the Aeroexpress rail link, which runs to Pavelets Railway Station, a little over 2km (or one metro stop) from the hotel.
