Getting to the Tretyakov Gallery from the Marco Polo Presnja is simple and fast by public transport. Take the metro from Tverskaya, around ten minutes' walk from the hotel, and travel south two stops on the dark-green line to Novokuznetskaya. From there it is around seven minutes' walk to the gallery.
