The Ibis Moscow Paveletskaya Hotel's in-house restaurant is a colourful and airy dining room with seating for up to 80 people. The a la carte menu features modern French bistro fare at very reasonable prices, with a range of set-menu options including regularly changing offers. There are also children's menus and vegetarian options. The main attraction of the restaurant, however, is the buffet, which offers a huge range of hot and cold dishes prepared using seasonal ingredients.
