Unfortunately, the prices we quote on our website cannot be guaranteed. Some of our partner hotels may have policies that exclude discount rates at certain times of year, or may reserve some rooms in each category to sell themselves at rack rates. If this is the case, we will inform you of any changes in price before we confirm your booking, and the Moscow Hotels customer services team will be ready to recommend alternative accommodation at equivalent prices.
Moscow Hotels requires that you pay for your hotel room in full three days before you check in to your hotel. This is standard policy in the Russian tourist industry, and necessary for us to fulfill our contractual obligations to our partner hotels. In turn, it allows us to get exclusive discounts on rack rates at some of the best hotels in Moscow, and to pass these savings on to you, the customer. Some of our partner hotels may insist on earlier payment, in which case you will be informed of this when we send you a booking confirmation.
When you submit a booking request online to Moscow Hotels, you will be asked to submit your credit card details. Although at that stage we only need them as security to confirm your booking, if we are able to confirm the booking, we will draw on your credit card for the full value of your booking three days before your check-in time.
Paying by credit card is undoubtedly the easiest way to pay for accommodation booked through Moscow Hotels. However, we do also accept payment by bank transfer and by cash transfer through Western Union. If you wish to pay by either of these alternatives, please contact our customer services team for details. Bear in mind that, if you do not supply your credit card details with your booking request, we will have to receive payment in full before we can confirm your booking with your chosen hotel.
Moscow Hotels does everything in its power to ensure the security of the information you submit to us online. All information is securely encrypted, your credit card details are used only to obtain payment for hotel bookings you make with Moscow Hotels. Your credit card details and other personal details you submit to Moscow Hotels are stored in a secure off-line database, solely for the purpose of aiding you and us with any future hotel bookings.

If you cancel or shorten your booking after we have drawn on your credit card, then please dont worry. We will reimburse the funds to your credit card (minus any late cancellation or no-show penalties incurred, including taxes) within 21 days of the moment we receive your cancellation request.
