On the first floor of the Congress Center, the Seliger Hall is a large and well equipped conferencing hall that can be combined with the adjacent Valdai Hall to create a space ideal for larger meetings and receptions. Flexible, soundproof partitions and a spacious foyer give organizers a huge range of possible formats for events on the first floor. The first floor halls have the added benefit of large windows providing plenty of natural light.
