How do I get to the hotel from Sheremetyevo Airport?

Budapest Hotel

Sheremetyevo International Airport is to the north-west of central Moscow, roughly 35km from the Budapest Hotel. If you travel by taxi or transfer, you will have to cope with Moscow's heavy downtown traffic, while the Aeroexpress rail link provides a fast and reliable alternative to the city center.

By taxi
It should not take more than one hour to reach the Budapest Hotel from Sheremetyevo by car, and official taxis from the airport will cost approximately $60. For added peace of mind, you can order transfer with a driver to meet your flight here.

By train
Aeroexpress trains run from Sheremetyveo Terminals D, E and F to Belarus Rail Station in central Moscow. The service operates every 30 minutes from 5am to 12.30am daily, and the journey takes 35 minutes. It is just over $10 for adult single tickets, with child, family, and first-class tickets also available. From Belorusskaya Metro Station, take the dark-green line and travel three stops south to Teatralnaya Station, which is less than ten minutes' walk from the Budapest Hotel.

By bus
It is also possible to take a bus (817, around $1) or marshrutka minibus shuttle (948, roughly $2) from Sheremetyevo to Planernaya Metro Station in the north-west of the city. The journey to the metro is around 40 minutes, and it is then a 25-minute ride on the metro direct to Kuznetskiy Most, which is around five minutes' walk from the Budapest Hotel.
