How do I get to the hotel from Kursk Station?

Budapest Hotel

Trains arrive in Moscow at Kursk Station from central Russia (Kursk and Nizhny Novgorod), eastern Ukraine (Donetsk and Kharkiv), and St. Petersburg (some Sapsan high-speed services ). It is a little less than 4km to the Budapest Hotel from the station by road.

By taxi
It takes around 15 minutes to reach the Budapest Hotel in clear traffic (never guaranteed in downtown Moscow). If you are prepared to negotiate a fare with a driver at the station, you should try not to pay more than $20, or to save trouble you can book a transfer with driver to meet your train here.

By metro
From Kurskaya Metro Station, which is connected to the concourse of the mainline station, it is one stop west to Ploshchad Revolyutsii on the dark-blue line. The Budapest Hotel is around 400m, or ten minutes' walk, from the metro.
