The Brighton Restaurant is a cozy and elegant restaurant, with two dining rooms – European and Russian – both featuring traditional interiors with wood paneling and soft lighting. The menu befits the decor, offering high-quality classic Russian and European dishes at very reasonable prices, as well as an extensive wine list. In summer, the restaurant's veranda beneath the poplars of Savelovsky Park, provides a charming spot for al fresco dinging, with dishes served fresh from an outdoor grill. Buffet breakfast is served daily in the restaurant from 7.30am to 10.30am, and set menu business lunches are available daily from 12pm to 5pm
