How do I get to the hotel from Sheremetyevo Airport?

Borodino Hotel

It is a little over 30km by road from Sheremetyevo to the Borodino Hotel. The choice for guests is between using the Aeroexpress rail link and then the metro, or risking Moscow's heavy traffic in a taxi.

By taxi
The drive to the Borodino Hotel will take around 40 minutes in clear traffic, but can take well over an hour during rush hour. Official airport taxis currently cost around $60, or if you prefer you can book a transfer with a driver to meet your flight here. .

By train
Aeroexpress trains run from the station at Sheremetyevo (located behind Terminals D, E and F) to Belarus Rail Station in downtown Moscow. The service operates from 5am to 12.30am daily, with trains every 30 minutes. The trip takes roughly 35 minutes. A standard adult single ticket costs around $10, and there are also family and first-class tickets available. To complete your journey, take the metro from Belorusskaya Metro Station and travel clockwise on the brown circle line three stops to Komsomolskaya. Change there to the red line and travel north one stop to Krasnoselskaya, which is around seven minutes' walk from the hotel.

By bus
Bus services operate between all terminals at Sheremetyevo and Rechnoy Vokzal Metro Station on the north-western outskirts of Moscow. It takes around 30 minutes to reach Rechnoy Vokzal, and a further 35 minutes by metro (with two changes of line) to reach the hotel, making this the least comfortable way to travel, although the whole journey costs a little over $2.
