Very attractively designed, with prime views of the Kremlin and St. Basil's Cathedral from the large windows, the Baltschug Kempinski's 8^th floor Library is an unusual event space that can be used for mid-size business meetings but is more obviously appropriate for banqueting and receptions, with its own restrooms, pre-function area, bar and private terrace.
