Ararat Park Hyatt Hotel

The Ararat Park Hyatt Hotel prides itself on its culinary connections – the name of the hotel references a famous Armenian restaurant that stood at the same address in the Soviet era, while Park Hyatt are so confident guests will be impressed by their eateries that they offer a series of cookery courses so guests can attempt to reproduce favourite menu items when they return home.

Buffet breakfast is served daily in the 2nd-floor Park Restaurant from 6.30am to 10.30am. On Sundays, the same venue is used to host the Ararat Park Hyatt's popular gourmet brunch, which runs from 12.30pm to 4pm.

A reproduction of a renowned Soviet-era restaurant, Café Ararat provides guests with the opportunity to discover Armenian cuisine cooked to 5-star standards, with plenty of choices for vegetarians. More details ›››
