How do I get to the hotel from Sheremetyevo Airport?

Sheremetyevo International Airport is situated to the north-west of Moscow, approximately 36km from the Aquamarine Hotel. Taxi or pre-arranged transfer is the most comfortable way to travel, and Moscow prices are currently reasonable, but due to heavy traffic in the city, it is not always the fastest way to reach your hotel.

By taxi
It will probably take around one hour to reach the Aquamarine Hotel by. Official taxis currently charge about $60 for the trip from the airport, or you can pre-book a transfer with a driver to meet your plane here.

By train
The Aeroexpress rail link runs from the station at Sheremetyevo (behind Terminals D, E and F), to Belarus Rail Station in central Moscow. The service runs daily every 30 minutes from 5am to 12.30am, and the trip takes around 35 minutes. Standard tickets cost around $11, with child, family, and first class tickets available. From Belorusskaya Metro Station, travel south on the dark-green line four stops (around ten minutes) to Novokuznetskaya Station, which is about 500m from the Aquamarine Hotel.

By bus
Buses run from all terminals at Sheremetyevo to Rechnoy Vokzal Metro Station. Regular services 851 and 851E run from 5.35am to 12.49am roughly every ten minutes, and the journey takes 30-50 minutes. The fare is around $1. The 949 marshrutka minibus runs the same route from 6.45am and 9.45pm, is slightly quicker and costs around $2.

From Rechnoy Vokzal, travel south on the dark-green line ten stops (25 minutes) to Novokuznetskaya Metro Station, which is roughly ten minutes' walk from the Aquamarine Hotel.
