Named after the great Russian researcher and polymath, this formal dining room is traditionally elegant, with marble columns and pristine white table linen. The menu offers a choice of fine Russian and European classics, all cooked to extremely high standards. There is also an extensive wine list. The restaurant serves breakfast daily from 6.45am to 10.30am (7am to 11am on weekends and public holidays), and also has a popular Jazz Brunch on Sundays from 12.30pm to 5.30pm. There is seating for up to 180 guests.
