The elegant Jeroboam dining room is presided over by Michelin 3-star chef Heinz Winkler, whose "Cuisine Vitale" dishes are created with the finest and freshest ingredients to provide simple by sumptuous eating that is as healthy as it is delicious. The restaurant is decorated in the Russian Empire style, with an elegant glass and steel cupola, antique vases and vibrant fabrics on the tables. Attached to the Jeroboam is the private Petrus Dining Room, which can be hired for exclusive private functions, and which houses part of the Ritz Carlton's impeccable cellar of vintage fine wines from around the world.
