Payment Options

For the extra convenience of our clients we provide a wide range of methods of paying for the services provided by Moscow Hotels. Please select the option most convenient to you from the list below and follow the instructions to complete your payment:

Credit Cards

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard by telephone, fax, email or our Secure On-Line Payment System.

To Pay by Credit Card by Telephone

After your hotel reservation and/or any other service(s) has been confirmed, we will send you your invoice by Email, which can be paid by credit card by phone. Please call us at +7 (812) 303-8647. We work on Standard Moscow Time (GMT +3) and our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 11.00pm. When you call please be ready to supply us with the following credit card details:

  1. Credit Card type
  2. Credit card number
  3. Credit card holder's name as it appears on the card
  4. Credit card expiry date
  5. Credit card billing address (the address where your credit card statement is sent)
Your credit card information is strictly confidential and we employ the highest levels of security to keep this information from any other party. All your personal information is stored in our off-line database and is accessed only for the purposes of assisting any future on-line reservations you make with Moscow Hotels.

Your credit card will only be charged 3 (three) days before your check-in date at the hotel.

To Pay by Credit Card by Fax

By selecting this option, you can pay your invoice with your credit card by fax. Simply fill out the invoice, which you will receive from us, with all of your credit card information and send it to the following fax number - +7 (812) 303-8648. The following credit card information will be requested of you:

  1. Credit Card type
  2. Credit card number
  3. Credit card holder's name as it appears on the card
  4. Credit card expiry date
  5. Credit card billing address (the address where your credit card statement is sent)

Pre-payment by Credit Card using our Secure On-Line Payment System

Please let us know if you would prefer this method of payment and we shall prepare and send you an invoice, which you can pay online at anytime up to 3 (three) business days before your hotel arrival. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your hotel stay and any other services organized for you by Moscow Hotels as soon as your online transaction has been completed.

Payment By Bank Transfer

If you would like to pay for your hotel reservation and any other Moscow Hotels services by wire transfer please contact us and our Billing Department shall send you an invoice featuring our bank codes and instructions as to how to organize your bank transfer. All bank transfers must be made at least 14 days before your check-in date at the hotel to allow sufficient time for the payment to be received.

Payment By Check

We accept payment by checks drawn only from US banks. If you would like to pay for your hotel reservation and other Moscow Hotels services by check please let us know and we shall send you an invoice immediately, which must be mailed together with your check.

Payment By Cash Via Western Union

If you would prefer to pay for your hotel reservation and any other Moscow Hotels services by cash, we are more than happy to accept the payment. You can send us your cash payment via Western Union. Please let us know if you would like to take this payment option and we shall send you detailed instructions on how to organize your payment.
