Do I need a Russian visa?
The answer is almost certainly yes. Citizens of some CIS countries do not require visas, but all other visitors to Russia are obliged to have a Russian visa valid for the entire period of their stay in Russia, even if they are only passing through. At present, Russian visas can only be obtained at Russian Consular Departments, and not at border crossings. |
