| Having previously stayed in the Cosmos Hotel (our Moscow partners have offices in the area), I was very pleased to find somewhere somewhat quieter and more intimate nearby. Not many foreign visitors seem to go to the Derzhavnaya, so speaking a little Russian probably helps, but it was certainly a pleasant stay, in a very clean and well-run 3-star hotel. |

| We use the Derzhavnaya when staying for exhibition at VVTs. A simple hotel with good service, no frills but good breakfast and free WiFi. Much better than many hotels around and also much cheaper. |
