| One of the main drawbacks of the Akademicheskaya Hotel is that it does not currently have any form of fitness center, or any other leisure facilities except for a sauna. If guests do require the use of a gym or other fitness facilities during their stay, the World Class Fitness Center at 4, Ulitsa Zhitnaya (tel: +7 (495) 239-1994), is just over five minutes walk from the hotel. The club is open daily from 10am to 9pm (from 11am at weekends) and features a huge range of facilities, including a large swimming pool, a 900-square-meter gym with a full range of free weights and cardiovascular equipment, a tennis court, sauna, Russian and Turkish baths, massage services and solarium. |
